Do We Really Trust God or Just Say We Do?
Today, we are constantly being told that times are tough, that there are dark clouds on the horizon for our country, our economy, our freedoms, and there are. But, we are aliens in this world if we have truly surrendered to our God, the One and Only. He is able and willing to do His good will and He just wants us to be available to Him. He doesn't need us --- He wants us, but He doesn't need us. He will find someone who is willing to be His ambassadors and serve Him.

Perhaps we haven't taken the time to really go to Him in prayer and meditate on His word enough to realize that He means what He says and we can be confident that He does not lie when He says the earth (all of it) is His footstool.

We are so lost in our sensualities of sight, touch, taste, hearing and feel that we don't afford time to let the Spirit of God show Himself to us. Slow down; set a time for God to speak in the still small voice that He used with an exhausted, hungry, scared Elijah. He will give times of refreshing and times of work, but all things are in His order of timeliness. Just trust Him and seek Him with all your heart, soul, mind and strength, leaning, not on your own understanding, but in everything, acknowledge - recognize- that that He is God and He will tell you where to go and what to do.

Let God, Who created everything for His purposes, call on you to be a part of His work and the rewards are out of this world. Trust Him.
