Children's Ministry Position

Looking for spiritually mature and responsible person to work full-time in established children's ministry of 175 children.

Ideal person would believe in:
Living an honorable lifestyle
Commitment to Bible teaching and relevant study and life application
The value of the childhood years regarding the molding of hearts and minds.
Utilizing teams of volunteers for leadership and programming

Ideal person would be:
Well organized
Mission-minded
Team player and able to lead teams
Able to teach and equip parents and leaders

Ideal person would have:
A calling to children's ministry
A 4-year college degree (preferred)
Minimum of 3 years experience in children's ministry
(preference given to those having experience with children's groups over 150)

Grace Crossing, a Community Church of Christ is an open, mission-minded congregation of over 1,000 with stable, spiritual leadership. We presently have 9 shepherds and 9 ministry staff using the “elder led – staff driven” model. Our faith journey recently brought us to new property on I-45 north of Houston, TX in November of 2007.
